Tallaght University Hospital have announced a series of talks that will take place from March until May. The talks will cover a number of issues such as kidney disease, chronic lung disease and spotting signs of a stroke.
List of Talks;
Fundamentals of Healthy Eating will take place in the Tallaght Leisure Centre on the 19th of March at 3:30 pm.
Managing Long Term Illness and Minding your Mental Health will take place on the 20th of March at 6:15 pm in the Tallaght Library.
COPD – How to Manage will take place on the 26th of March at 11:00 am in Kllinarden Community Centre.
Minding the Skin you are in will take place on the 2nd of April at 7:30 pm at the Old Bawn Community School.
A talk on Arthritis will take place on the 10th of April at 11:00 am at An Cosan in Jobstown.
Stroke: Causes, Symptoms, Diagnosis and Treatment will take place on the 25th of April at 11:00 am at the Kilnamanagh Family Recreation Centre.
Men’s Health, Looking Under The Bonnet will take place on the 15th of May at 6:15 pm at Firhouse Community and Leisure Centre.
How to Look at Your Liver takes place on the 16th of May at 6:00 pm in the Tallaght Library.
