Ballyfermot residents are encouraged to help out  for an hour this Saturday April 27th and clean a small area of their local community. Organisers are asking that volunteers assemble in the Ballyfermot Community Civic Centre at 10:15 am on Saturday.

Once there, volunteers will be supplied with all the necessary equipment such as bags, pickers and gloves along with a cup of coffee. Volunteers will then be assigned a small area to clean e.g a small road and the clean up will last no longer than an hour.

All materials will be collected by Dublin City Council’s waste management team from pre-arranged collection points.
