There will be a St Brigid’s Day Festival taking place on Saturday the 1st of February in Clondalkin. A pilgrim path will be taking place, leaving from the City Centre finishing at St. Brigid’s Well, walking through green spaces in the capital, alongside the Grand Canal and on into Clondalkin Village. Attendees can start from the beginning or join at a number of meet up points along the way and the cost is €15 per person.
Following that attendees are invited to Aras Chrónáin. via Brú Chrónáin where the day will finish with refreshments, food and music and a Cross Making Workshop.
