A total of 201 Gardaí who graduated from Templemore recently have now been assigned to a number of areas in South Dublin including Ballyfermot, Clondalkin and Tallaght.

Ballyfermot will get 5 new recruits to join the 58 already stationed. Clondalkin will be getting 4 new recruits for their station and Tallaght will be getting 14 new recruits for their area. The recruiting is welcome news given the recent issue regarding youths engaging in anti-social behaviour which has affected a number of areas significantly in recent times, and with the local Gardaí underfunded, it is expected to continue.
