COVID-19 Passenger Locator Form to Move to Online Only System

The Minister for Health, Stephen Donnelly TD, has today signed regulations that move the COVID-19 Passenger Locator Form to an online only system. Completion of the form online in advance of travel to Ireland will also be a pre-boarding requirement for passengers.

The measures will take effect from 12 July. Any passengers travelling to Ireland from overseas from that date onwards will have to complete the form online in advance of travel. Passengers intending to travel to Ireland should be aware of this change and ensure that they complete their form before travel.

The Minister for Health said: “moving to an online only Passenger Locator Form is integral to our system of COVID public health messaging to passengers after arrival to Ireland.”
